How to report problems

When reporting an issue with your ZenVPN connection, please follow the guidelines below so that we can help you quicker:

  1. Specify the type of device and operating system you are connecting from
  2. Specify which software you are using to connect (ZenVPN bundle, third party, OS built-in)
  3. Mention whether you were able to connect in the past using the same method
  4. Attach any relevant logs when possible.
