How to report problems
When reporting an issue with your ZenVPN connection, please follow the guidelines below so that we can help you quicker:
- Specify the type of device and operating system you are connecting from
- Specify which software you are using to connect (ZenVPN bundle, third party, OS built-in)
- Mention whether you were able to connect in the past using the same method
- Attach any relevant logs when possible.
